I purchased my Subaru Forrester from Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha when I moved to Wisconsin. This has been the best car I've owned after purchasing Honda and Ford cars in the past. Their service center is outstanding, honest, and I can thoroughly trust them. My family once owned a car repair business years ago that I always relied on. Went here for the first time to look at new 2025 Subaru outbacks. Was pleasantly surprised by the service. Ben, our sales representative, did an amazing job. I would highly recommend seeking him out for assistance. Everything was completed in a timely manner even when we had to change things because we wanted to keep our specialized plates. Also, the financial gentleman made everything easier, which sometimes it’s not. Overall, I highly recommend Zeigler Subaru of Kenosha!
Excellent experience. Most people hate the car buying process because of the "bait and switch." Where dealerships advertise all these great deals and offers, but as soon as you get there you find out you "don't qualify" for any of their "special deals." Then they play games with numbers to make your head swim and somehow the price gets less and less "great." It was SO refreshing not to have that experience at Zeigler Subaru. I had done a lot of research on what my payments should look like. I was SHOCKED that when they drew up numbers, they actually MATCHED my numbers!! AND, I was actually able to upgrade to the next trim package for only a minimal increase in the payment, but it still kept me within my budget. I LOVE my car and I truly appreciate having had such a hassle-free car buying experience.
Went to Zeigler Subaru for standard service for 20K mileage checkup. Of concern to me was breaks felt soft/spongy to me. Upon inspection, they discovered issue with front right rotor. Needed to be turned, all other components fine. Problem solved. All other maintenance done (oil, filters, tire rotation etc.) service Rep. Lauren, kept me informed of all issues & progress. Followed up with next day call back to answer question I had. Follow-up call from Dealership to be sure i was happy with service. I am! Very knowledgeable and helpful people. Friendly and kind. Prices very reasonable and service is fast. Will continue going to Zeigler for service and when I need a new car again. Thank you Zeigler ! Great Work!
This dealership has the best service department! Scheduling an appointment is easy, service is done in a timely manner, and the waiting area is comfortable with snacks. I find my service advisor, Anthony, to be knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I feel he cares about me and keeping my car up to date on future service needed.

As I got out of my car at the dealership, I was immediately approached by the LeRon Franklin. I test drove a Cross trek Wilderness. Liked it a lot , I was downsizing from a Ford Explorer.
